2. What are the shipping costs?
- Domestic Shipping (UK): £8 for orders under £100. Orders over £100 qualify for free shipping within the UK.
- International Shipping: £16 for orders under £200. Orders over £200 qualify for free international shipping.
3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
4. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping charges are £16 for orders under £200, but we offer free shipping on international orders over £200.
5. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will make the necessary changes or cancel it for you. Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you can still return the item within our 30-day return policy.
6. How do I return an item?

7. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
8. Are your products covered by a warranty?
While we do not offer a warranty on our products, we do offer a 30-day return policy if the items are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately.
